Buena Vista Album Artwork
In Fall 2021 I was invited to contribute a painting of mycelium for a portion of the artwork to be used on Marcus Walton’s latest album, Buena Vista. Unprecedented Project
In Spring 2021 I stumbled upon the Unprecedented Project. A very cool public poetry project launched in reaction to the pandemic. It combined all my loves of text, art, and mail so I had to sign up. A page of The Decameron arrived in my mailbox and I proceeded to search for my own found poem. There are countless wonderful ones to see in both the Unprecedented gallery and on their instagram.

#Postmarked
#Postmarked was an online exhibit and postcard sale in Sept 2020. Proceeds went towards an endowment at Penland to fund a Crafting the Future scholarship, every year, forever and ever. Participants made and mailed postcards to Penland. $30 would purchase a randomly selected postcard that was then mailed to the buyer at the end of the exhibit.
Peregrine Espresso Illustration
In 2019 I did an illustration of coffee plants for Peregrine Espresso to use on custom mugs and t-shirts.
